Why does my $75 bundle cost $85?
It doesn’t! Here’s what’s going on: Backerkit lets you add on items at the Kickstarter price (for example, you can get the audio for $15 there rather than the $24.95 it’s currently selling at).
But you’ve already got everything – by buying these add-ons, you’re actually buying a SECOND set! If you just delete those items from your account and proceed to the end, you’ll get to a Digital Downloads center and you’ll be able to get the books and audio.

Part four of the Attack Surface download actually contains Part two!
Yeah, I messed up. If you go back to the Digital Downloads center and scroll to the bottom, you’ll find a file called “Attack Surface audiobook part 4 (fixed).” That’s the one you need!

The Little Brother audiobook has weird filenames
It sure does! Those date back to the audiobook’s release in 2008, when files were formatted for easy burning onto audio CDs (!).
If you’d prefer a more modern filename convention, go to Digital Downloads, scroll to the bottom, and locate “Little Brother audiobook part [1,2,3] (fixed)”

The Homeland ebook looks weird
The Homeland ebooks are the Creative Commons editions I’ve been distributing since 2013, but some people have reported errors from them.
If you’d like more modern versions, go to the Digital Downloads section, scroll to the bottom and find “Homeland ebook (fixed).” That’s the official Tor/Macmillan EPUB and MOBI edition.

What's ARGH?
The night the Backerkit surveys went live, I discovered a problem with part four of the Attack Surface audiobook. It turns out that replacing a file in Backerkit is REALLY hard, and at a certain point, I couldn’t figure out what was going on; I uploaded a test file called “ARGH.” Naturally, that one went live…and there’s no way to delete it. ARGH!

How to play audio files in order?
The tracks are arranged as an “album” so if you open that album in Itunes, you can just play it in order.
Itunes also lets you select tracks and designate them as “audiobooks” which means it’ll remember where you left off:

You can also download an audiobook-oriented MP3 player. This one gets good reviews (but I haven’t tried it):

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
